The property is located in the charming town of Panzano in Chianti, located on a high ridge on the scenic Via Chiantigiana. Made up of 3 buildings with rooms and apartments and suites. The main villa is in the heart of the property and around it is the Italian garden. The property is able to accommodate up to 43 persons in 20 different types of accommodation. The property features 2 pools, tennis courts and a gym.
At a distance of 3km, you will find other buildings which are ideal for families and a groups of friends. Divided into 4 units and offering up to 18-bed spaces. At a distance of 9km in the main piazza of Panzano in Chianti, is a Tenuta dating back to the 1500s and there are some great views of the countryside and the hills surrounding the village. Here you will find a total of 19 rooms providing up to 38-bed spaces.
It is possible to accommodate guests in all the properties, or it is possible to get exclusive use just for one of them. This allows couples to choose between large weddings or small intimate ones.
For the wedding ceremony up to 120 guests can be accommodated if required. The diverse range of venues allow a number of wedding styles and different atmospheres. You have the outside within the beautifully manicured Renaissance Gardens facing the villa for a classical setting or other corners of the garden. In case of poor weather, the historical wine cellars is an option.
For the reception up to 120 guests can be accommodated, outside in: the Giardino Dei Lecci (120 guests) with a 240 m2 marquee. It is shaded by a 300-year old holm tree. There is the terrace facing the historical cellar (80 guests). The Renaissance Garden (70 guests) is of course, a timeless classical option. Again in case of bad weather - the Renaissance cellars would be ideal.
No external catering is allowed and the villa’s chef and team, are more than capable in organising the perfect reception. There are a range of other reception types which can be considered, from a barbecue and pizza party to a Tuscan dinner.
Music is allowed outside until 00:00 and inside the renaissance cellars until 3 AM.

This venue is ideal for large weddings; small and intimate weddings and weddings where you just want to elope. It is ideal for those couples who love the "old and traditional" and this is the perfect villa.
